These bracelets are made from 22 x 8mm top quality Natural Gemstone Beads. The stones have not be colour enhanced or altered in any way. Each bracelet will be accompanied by a sturdy gift bag to protect your bracelet from being scratched when it is not being worn.

Kiwi Jasper (or sometimes known as Sesame Jasper) is the trade name for a pale sea-foam green stone with black and clear crystal spotting.

Jasper is an opaque rock of virtually any colour stemming from the mineral content of the original sediments or ash. Patterns arise during the consolidation process forming flow and depositional patterns in the original silica rich sediment or volcanic ash, Hydrothermal action is generally thought to be required in the formation of jasper.

So this material is definitely not a Jasper at all, in fact recent research indicates that the white-gray main mass with slight green tinge appears to consist of 3 minerals, namely 2 feldspars: albite and orthoclase and a mineral from the smectite group. The dark grains have indeed been analyzed as Muscovite Mica. Originally the black mineral was thought to be Tourmaline and the green was thought to be Amazonite.

However, all of this scientific information aside there is no denying that this is a beautiful stone with a very unusual colour tone and colour combination.
