These spheres are made from Red Banded Calcite, which may also be known as “Pork Stone” or “Orchard Calcite” amongst other trade names. Although the name implies only red this variation typically includes a blend of white, orange, green, yellow, honey, and red. This particular material is from Madagascar.

This sphere weighs 452g and has a diameter of approximately 6.3cm.
