These unusual specimens are known as a “ram’s horn” Selenite and were sourced from the Qinglong Mine (Danchang Mine), Quinglong County, Qianzinan, Guizhou, China. Selenite, (which is a variety of Gypsum), is most often transparent and colourless, it is named after Greek σεληνη "the moon". Selenite has a pearl like lustre and has been described as having a moon like glow. 

This  piece weighs 14g and measures 7cm x 1.5cm.

These long Selenite crystals were slowly precipitated out of saturated waters, the cluster shifted and twisted, resulting in these unique curled specimen that have an awesome fluorescent green glow under UV light. Later groups with larger pieces show photos of the UV reaction.
